The short version

Amplifiers is something you add to an AI assistant. You keep using Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Muse, or whichever assistant you already use; we give it a catalogue of expert-built prompts, tools and image workflows it can call on your behalf.

  • You need an account, and you must be at least 16.
  • There is a free tier and a paid tier. Current prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account page.
  • What you make is yours. We claim no ownership of the text you write, the files you upload, or the images you generate. What we own is the catalogue, the software and the brand.
  • AI output can be wrong. Everything Amplifiers produces is a draft for you to check, not professional advice. Section 10 is blunt about this.
  • Don't use it to break the law or to harm people. Section 6 lists what we will suspend an account for.
  • We are an EU company and, if you are an EU consumer, nothing here takes away rights your own country's law gives you.

These terms are a contract. The rest of this page is the detail.

§1. What these terms cover, and how you accept them

These Terms of Service govern your use of Amplifiers. You accept them by creating an account, by connecting Amplifiers to an AI assistant, or by using any part of the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and forms part of this agreement. If anything here conflicts with the Privacy Policy on a question about personal data, the Privacy Policy wins.

What these terms do not cover:

  • The AI assistant you use. Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Muse, Claude Desktop, or anything else. Those are separate products with their own terms, run by Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta or whoever else. Your conversation lives there, not here, and your relationship with them is theirs to govern.
  • The AI Blew My Mind newsletter at aiblewmymind.com, which has its own terms.
  • Sites and services our tools reach. If you ask a tool to read a public web page, a LinkedIn profile or a YouTube video, that site's own terms govern that site.

§2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16. Romania sets the digital age of consent at 16 and we do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone younger. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will close it.

If you are using Amplifiers for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account is yours to look after. Sign-in is handled by our own sign-in service at auth.aiblewmymind.com. Keep your credentials to yourself, and don't share one account between people — pricing, credits and rate limits are set per person. If you think your account is compromised, reset your password and tick sign out everywhere, which revokes every connected assistant at once, then email us.

One account per person. Creating extra accounts to collect repeated free allowances is a breach of §6.

§3. What Amplifiers is — and what it is not

Amplifiers exposes a catalogue of prompts, data tools and image workflows to an AI assistant you already use, over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When your assistant calls us, we do the one thing that was asked and reply.

We are not in your conversation. We see only the individual calls your assistant makes — one at a time, carrying only what that call needs. We hold no session and no memory of your assistant's other messages.

Your assistant decides when to call us. We do not control which amplifier it chooses, how it words a request, or how it presents a result. If your assistant calls a tool you did not expect, that behaviour belongs to the assistant, though we will always help you work out what happened.

The catalogue changes. We add, improve, re-price and retire amplifiers over time. We do not promise that any particular prompt, tool or model stays available. Where a paid tool is retired and nothing comparable replaces it, §11 applies.

§4. Plans, credits and billing

Free and paid tiers. Amplifiers has a free tier with a limited monthly allowance, and a paid "Pro" subscription with a much larger allowance and access to Pro-only amplifiers. The current plans, prices and allowances are shown on our plan page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout, applied according to your location.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your name and billing address are held by Stripe, not by us.

Automatic renewal. A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Free trials. Where a plan offers a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Trials are limited to one per person; we may decline a trial to an account that has held a subscription before.

Credits. Metered actions — image generation and some Pro tools — consume credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period and does not roll over. You may also buy credit top-up packs; purchased credits do not expire and are spent only after the monthly allowance is used up.

Price changes. We may change prices. For an existing subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.

Failed payments. If a renewal fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted for non-payment; your access to paid features is what stops.

Taxes. Prices shown may exclude taxes that apply where you are. You are responsible for any taxes other than those on our own income.

§5. Cancellation, refunds and the right of withdrawal

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account page at getamplifiers.com/account, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep paid access until then, and you are not charged again.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because Amplifiers is a digital service that starts immediately, by subscribing and starting to use it you ask us to begin performance during that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; where it has been partly performed, you may still withdraw and we will charge only a proportionate amount for what you used. To withdraw, email support@aiblewmymind.com.

Refunds outside that. Beyond the statutory right above, subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable, including for a period you did not use. That said: if something on our side went wrong — a tool failed, you were charged twice, a feature did not do what we said — write to us. We would rather refund a fair claim than argue about it.

Credits already spent are not refundable. Where an action fails on our side, the credits for it are returned automatically.

Deleting your account. You can erase your account from your account page. There is a 30-day grace period you can cancel, after which we cancel your subscription and delete what we hold for you. The Privacy Policy §8 sets out exactly what is deleted and the two financial records we must keep.

§6. Acceptable use

Don't use Amplifiers to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else to — including infringing someone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Generate material that sexualises minors, or any content that is illegal where you are or where we are.
  • Create content intended to deceive — impersonating a real person or organisation, fabricating documents or records that would pass as genuine, or producing material designed to defraud.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or target a person or group, or generate hateful content.
  • Attack the Service — probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, circumventing authentication, rate limits, credit accounting or the paid tier, or knowingly overloading our infrastructure or a vendor's.
  • Resell or redistribute access to Amplifiers, or use it to build a competing catalogue. Using outputs in your own work and for your clients is fine; reselling the connector itself is not.
  • Scrape or bulk-extract the catalogue — prompt text, tool definitions, descriptions — by automated means.
  • Share one account among several people, or create multiple accounts to multiply a free allowance.
  • Train a machine-learning model on our catalogue content.

Automated and high-volume use. Amplifiers is for interactive use through an AI assistant. Rate limits apply per person and per vendor; deliberately working around them is a breach of these terms.

Reporting. If you see content or behaviour that breaks these rules, email support@aiblewmymind.com.

§7. Your content, and what you generate

You keep your content. Text you write, files you upload, prompts you save, and feedback you leave stay yours. We claim no ownership.

Outputs are yours. Subject to you having paid for the action and to §6, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the images, text and files generated for you through Amplifiers, and you may use them commercially. Two honest caveats:

  1. We cannot promise outputs are unique. Generative models can produce similar results for similar prompts, for you and for someone else.
  2. We cannot promise an output is free of third-party rights. If you prompt for something that reproduces an existing work, a trademark or a real person's likeness, that is on you to clear. Some underlying model providers impose their own restrictions on output use, and those apply on top of these terms.

The licence you give us. To run the Service, we need permission to store your content, transmit it to the model or vendor a call requires, and display it back to you. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to do exactly that, for exactly that purpose, for as long as you keep the content with us. It ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not train AI models on your data. We do not licence your content to anyone for model training.

Generated images sit at public links. An image you generate is stored at a long, unguessable web address that needs no login — it is not listed or searchable, but anyone you send the link to can open it. Treat it like an unlisted video. See Privacy Policy §2.4.

Content you share in the Review Room. If you share a feedback link, anyone holding that link can see what you shared and leave comments. That is the feature working as intended; share the link accordingly.

We may remove content that breaches §6 or the law, and we will tell you when we do unless we are legally barred from it.

§8. Our content and the catalogue

The Amplifiers catalogue — the prompt templates, tool definitions, descriptions, style galleries, documentation — together with the software, the interfaces and the "Amplifiers" and "AI Blew My Mind" names and logos, belong to us or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them through the Service while your account is in good standing. That licence does not let you copy, republish, resell or redistribute the catalogue itself, or create a derivative catalogue from it. Using an amplifier to do your work — including paid client work — is exactly what it is for and is fully permitted.

Feedback. If you send us a suggestion, we may use it without obligation or payment to you. You keep any rights you have in it; you just don't get a claim on what we build.

§9. Third-party services

Amplifiers depends on other companies, and calls to them are part of how it works:

  • Your AI assistant (Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta and others) — governed by their terms, not ours.
  • Model and data vendors we call to fulfil a tool — image models, search and scraping providers, language-model routers. A tool's page names the vendor behind it where relevant.
  • Stripe for payments, Supabase and our hosting provider for infrastructure, Resend for email.

We choose these vendors carefully and pass them only what a call needs (Privacy Policy §5). But we do not control them, and an outage, a price change or a policy change on their side can affect what Amplifiers can do. Where a vendor imposes terms on the use of its output — some image models do — those terms apply to you as well.

Bring your own key. Where you supply your own API key for a provider, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, you are responsible for what it costs, and you may delete the key from your account at any time.

§10. AI output — accuracy, and what it is not

Everything Amplifiers produces is a draft. Large language models and image models generate plausible output; plausible is not the same as correct. Output can be factually wrong, out of date, internally inconsistent, or confidently invented. Data our tools fetch from third-party sites can be incomplete or stale.

Check anything that matters before you rely on it. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it, send it to a client, or act on it.

Nothing Amplifiers produces is professional advice. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or any other regulated advice, and no relationship of that kind is created by using it. Where a decision carries real consequences, take it to a qualified professional.

Where you publish AI-assisted work, complying with any disclosure obligation — a platform's rules, a client's contract, a regulator's requirement — is yours to do.

§11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep Amplifiers available, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment on any current plan. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, for a vendor outage, or for causes outside our control.

We may change, add to, or discontinue features. If we materially reduce what a paid plan provides, or retire a paid capability without a comparable replacement, we will give you reasonable notice by email and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of the period you paid for.

Beta features. Anything we mark as beta, preview or experimental is provided as-is, may change or vanish without notice, and is excluded from the paragraph above.

§12. Warranties and liability

As-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

What we do not exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

Cap. Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, for all claims in any 12-month period, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) EUR 100.

Excluded losses. Subject to the same paragraph, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or for loss or corruption of data — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use output, and for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Indemnity (business users). If you use Amplifiers other than as a consumer, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of §6, your infringement of someone's rights, or your use of output.

§13. Suspension and termination

By you: cancel or delete your account at any time (§5).

By us: we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms — in particular §6 — if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the Service or a vendor at risk.

How we do it: except where the breach is serious, unlawful, or ongoing harm makes it impossible, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where we suspend or terminate, we will tell you why unless we are legally barred from doing so, and you may reply to support@aiblewmymind.com — a human reads it.

If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused remainder of your paid period. If we terminate for a breach of §6, we do not.

What survives termination: §7 (the licences already granted), §8, §10, §12, §16, and any payment already owed.

§14. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short: we do not sell your personal data, we do not train AI models on it, and we tell you plainly what we keep and for how long.

§15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version and date at the top of this page.

For a material change — one that reduces your rights, increases your obligations, or changes price, refund or liability terms — we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then. For anything else, such as a clarification or a corrected link, the change takes effect when we publish it.

Continuing to use Amplifiers after a change takes effect means you accept it.

§16. Governing law, disputes and assignment

Governing law: Romanian law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.

Courts: the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and we will only sue you in yours.

Online dispute resolution. Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to, and do not currently commit to, participate in an alternative dispute resolution body — but please write to us first: most things are settled in one email.

Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.

Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is read down to the minimum extent needed.

Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service, and replace anything said before.

No waiver. If we don't enforce something straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.

Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Language. These terms are written in English. A translation is provided for convenience only; the English version governs.
