Publish & Manage Proposals

Publish a client proposal as a hosted, interactive web page with built-in acceptance and payment, then revise or withdraw it. Use after preparing an offer. The page is a single self-contained HTML file you write (React via CDN is fine); prices, questions, phases, deposit and terms go in a separate structured `spec` that Amplifiers prices on its servers — the page shows prices via window.proposal.onQuote and never hard-codes the charged amount. After a proposal is accepted, create_continuation turns a later phase into its own follow-on proposal for the same client.
