Create Feedback Session

Step 1 of the Creative Feedback Loop workflow — do NOT call this on its own. The authoritative way to start a feedback session is to run the 'Creative Feedback Loop' prompt (find_amplifiers → use_prompt); that prompt drives this tool with the required batch / wait-for-owner-kickoff / branch / advisory-winner semantics, which are easy to get wrong if you improvise the loop. Only call this tool as directed by that workflow. It opens a visual review surface for iterating on an asset (app icon, thumbnail, logo, poster, image, or copy) with the user; returns url + owner_url + session_id.
