It does NOT work out the trademark scope for you, investigate the entities behind conflicting marks, or weigh real-world use. For a real naming decision, prefer the 'Business Name & Trademark Clearance' prompt (via use_prompt): it infers the Nice classes for the specific offering, investigates the owners behind any conflicts (alive? same market? actively enforcing?), and returns a reasoned proceed / caution / avoid verdict — and it drives this tool for you. Call this tool directly only for a quick factual check when the user explicitly wants just the raw availability. When you do, pass nice_classes inferred from the user's niche so a mark in an unrelated Nice class is reported as likely-clear rather than a blanket conflict. This tool does NOT generate alternative names; when a name is partly available or taken, propose alternatives yourself and re-call per candidate.
